Mrs. Rhiannon Catlett
As a school counselor my role is to help students and families with a wide variety of school and home issues and that mission remains the same. I am still here for our North Pines community and would like to support however I am able!
Here are some resources that may help you during this time:
· Central Valley School District’s Response to COVID-19 – this page is updated regularly with resources for our community including; free meals for kids, Spokane County Resource Directory, home internet option and much more. To visit this page click here.
· 24/7 Regional Crisis Line– provides services for and on behalf of individuals whose health or safety is in danger because of a mental health or substance use condition and may need an assessment by a mental health professional. The crisis line number is 1.877.266.1818. For more information click here.
* Center for Disease Control and Prevention resource page on how to communicate with children about COVID-19 – for information on how to engage in discussion with your child/children and what facts to share click here.
I will be keeping similar work hours (7:30am-3pm) and will respond to emails during this time frame. While we are not in the building please reach out to me via email for non-emergency assistance as needed.
I also will be posting activities for students in our school wide google classroom geared toward social emotional learning.
I sincerely miss seeing students and families on a daily basis and look forward to getting back to our typical school day!
